Welcome!  I am the principal for Okmulgee Primary School.  I am excited to be in this position as I will get to work with students, teachers, and parents to make our school great!  This is my 30^th year with Okmulgee Public Schools.  I have taught 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th grades throughout my teaching career.

I graduated from Okmulgee High School and attended the University of Oklahoma where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I also have a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from East Central University.

My husband, Kary Neal is the Assistant Director of Technology for Okmulgee Public Schools. We have two daughters.  Ashley (2010 graduate of OHS) is married to Joe McGovran (2009 graduate of OHS).  They both received their teaching degrees from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva.  Joe is the high school agriculture education teacher in Bristow, OK and Ashley is a 5^th grade teacher at Collins Elementary School in Bristow.  Ashley and Joe are parents to a sweet daughter, Abigayle.  Taylor joined the Okmulgee Primary staff this year as our 4^th grade special education teacher.
